SciPub

The Scientific Publishing Foundation

We build open technology for research distribution

What Is SciPub?

The SciPub Foundation is building protocols to make decentralized research publication a reality. Together, the modules developed by the foundation constitute a complete peer-to-peer publishing system.

Our Mission

SciPub's mission is to make scientific publishing accessible to all, and scientific knowledge free to access. We strongly believe that everyone should be able to distribute and consume scientific information.

Our Vision

We envision a future where:

  1. Every individual can freely access scientific knowledge
  2. Research is transparent from hypothesis to publication
  3. Journals are curators and not gatekeepers
